Until I got wise, I changed ISP (Internet Service Provider) several times. The last one was so incredibly bad I took
real trouble doing my research. The one thing I was particularly interested in was customer support by telephone, having been
kept hanging on the line with some for ages listening to some really rubbish music!
I did change to Pipex and for a while everything went well,.. then Tiscali took over and the whole shooting match started
again! I tried to understand how my 'unlimited' package suddenly got throttled back to the point I couldn't even download a
decent size of essential update file,.. it was getting time to really go hunt for a sensible ISP.
I went to ThinkBroadband
and compared what users there have posted about Internet Providers. You have to bear in mind that most people only put an opinion
on the net when they have had problems so positive results are generally less than what is the reality,.. just hold that thought
before you believe everything you read. The comparison page gave me a pretty good guide and I eventually came down to just one
company that stood out from the rest.
Bottom line? If you want my opinion for a British provider for your Internet and telephone calls,.. ECLIPSE.
